MarvHood Shipping & Return Policy

🕐 Pre-Orders

At MarvHood, pre-orders mean you're reserving a product before it officially arrives at our fulfilment centers. You can still place your order, and we’ll ship it as soon as the new stock is in—typically by the date shown on the product page (or shortly after).

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship within 72 hours after confirmation.

  • Standard delivery within Australia takes 2 to 8 business days post-dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Get it in 1 to 3 business days post-dispatch.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

  • We partner with Australia Post for all local deliveries.

📌 Please note:

  • Delivery times are based on dispatch dates listed on each product page.

  • Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may shift slightly.

  • During peak seasons or sales, please allow extra time for dispatch.

🔐 Covered Shipping Protection

We highly recommend selecting Covered Protection at checkout.
This guarantees a replacement if your parcel is lost or stolen, as confirmed by the courier.

❗ If you choose to opt out of Covered Protection, MarvHood cannot guarantee compensation for lost or stolen packages.

🔁 Return Policy

We want you to love your MarvHood experience. If something’s not right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery—for free!

✅ To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be initiated for return and shipped back within 30 days of receiving them.

  • Products must not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”, unless faulty.

  • All items should be returned in original condition and packaging, with swing tags, boxes, and accessories intact.

  • A photo of the item must be sent before shipping it back, to confirm condition.

📦 If your return is part of a bundle, and you only return some of the items, the bundle pricing no longer applies. You’ll be refunded based on the current sale price of the items you’re keeping.

🚫 Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are final and non-refundable.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot refund the shipping fees.
